Registration for the Conference is now open.

You may register through this SECURE ONLINE FORM, which accepts all major credit cards.

Registration fees & deadlines

includes access to all sessions, keynote addresses, one lunch, and two receptions

November 1, 2024 - January 3, 2025:

Regular Registration: $260.00
Graduate Student / Retiree: $180.00

January 4, 2025 - January 24, 2025

Late Registration: $285.00
Late Graduate Student / Retiree: $200.00

Cancellations & refunds

Registration fees for the conference are encumbered immediately, and applied to the fixed costs of our online services and conference materials.

However, emergencies arise and we recognize that even the best of intentions are sometimes thwarted. Thus, if an attendee must cancel his or her registration, refunds of registration fees follow this scale:

• Registrations cancelled more than 30 days before the Conference will be refunded 100% of registration fees.
• Registrations cancelled 29 or less but more than 14 days before the Conference will be refunded 50% of registration fees.
• Registrations cancelled 14 days or less before the Conference will not be eligible for a refund.
• All refunds will be processed after the Conference has concluded.
